

Our grass-fed lamb is a very sought-after product. It is a seasonal product and only harvest once a year in July. Our lamb is 100% grass-fed (fed dry second-cut hay in the winter). We raise our lambs until they are 14 months old (also known as Hogget, which is a lamb between 1 and 2 years old). This gives the lamb a more pronounced flavour.
