We are a 5th generation family farm passionate about providing our customers with the highest quality grass meat for their families.
We are located in the Outaouais region, right at the corner of highway 50 and highway 317 in Thurso, Quebec, and our grass-fed meat store, where you can find all of our available products, is open every Friday and Saturday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Our mission is to protect our land and environment for generations to come while producing high quality meats and offering superior quality services in a healthy, natural way for people who respect what we do. And, of course, to be well rewarded for our work and to have fun while doing it!
I am a career farmer that has been farming for 36 years. I am passionate about producing and enjoying highly nutritious and quality food. I am continuing the tradition of caring for the land and the animals as the generations before me have done. Being the “idea guy”, I am always looking for new ways to expand the business.
I have been a nurse for 29 years and in 2012 made the decision to pursue my passion for cooking and to offer meals at our farm. While preserving my grandmothers’ recipes, I am also inspired by locally sourced products to create a unique dining experience.
Growing up on the farm, I always had a passion for agriculture. It is only recently that I decided to choose it as my career. I am passionate about using our animals to better our land and producing the highest quality meats for our customers. I am responsible for the day-to-day operations of the farm, marketing and meat sales. I love being able to see to the whole process with our animals, from start to finish, and I am proud of our products.
