Our Lamb is raised exclusively on pasture. We do not give any grain, hormones or anti biotics.
Our chosen breed are Dorpers and Katahdins which are hair sheep. They grow wool in the winter and naturally shed it themselves in the spring.
Hair sheep have a mild and lean taste to the meat.
